Waypoint Foundry
It notices. It acts.Managed Google reviews.
You stay in charge.
Foundry is being built to connect what happens across your business and act on it: asking for the review, following up the quiet customer, flagging what needs you. Reviews is the first thing it runs, with a monthly summary and no dashboard to log into.

The platform direction · In development
Each capability adds to the picture.
A review tells you how a customer felt. Booking history shows whether they returned. Follow-up captures what happened next.
Foundry is being built so these capabilities share business context. Together, their signals can inform when to act, what to do and whether that action helped. Each outcome feeds back into the next decision.
Illustrative future workflow · Customer retention
Reach out before a customer drifts away.
- 01
Notice the change
A regular customer's visits become less frequent. Their booking history provides the context for that change.
- 02
Recognise the risk
Foundry would use the available signals to identify possible churn and decide whether a check-in is appropriate.
- 03
Act within your rules
An agreed check-in would go out, with matters needing your judgement brought back to you.
- 04
Use what comes back
The customer's response and any return visit would add context for the next decision. That closes the feedback loop.
Customer reactivation, quote follow-up, reception, referrals and enquiry follow-up are planned capabilities. This example illustrates the intended feedback loop; it is not a feature included in Foundry Reviews. Predictive actions depend on the relevant capabilities, connected data and agreed contact rules.

There's a customer list behind your reputation.
The first campaign starts with past customers who haven't left a review yet. They've already used your business. We help you ask them about that experience. You don't need to bring in a new batch of customers in your first month.
- 01
Start with the work you've already done.
You bring your past-customer list. We check who can be contacted and who has already reviewed, then agree the wording and set up the first campaign.
- 02
Give those customers a simple way to review.
Foundry Reviews sends a straightforward request with your Google review link. We manage the timing and follow-up, so you don't have to keep a list in your head.
- 03
Make it part of finishing the next job.
Once the first campaign is running, we agree a practical way to receive new completed-job details. The requests keep going as your business keeps working.
Foundry Reviews in the working day
A simple ask.
The follow-through handled.
Your customer gets a straightforward invitation. You get someone looking after what happens next. Here's an example of that experience.
01 / The customer's invitation
Thanks for choosing our business. Would you share your experience in a Google review? Here's your review link.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Example wording. Your real business name and review link are added, and you approve the message before it goes out.
02 / They decide whether to review
Their experience. Their words.
The same neutral invitation goes to eligible customers. They choose whether to leave a review and what to say. There's no reward and no request for a particular rating.
03 / We look after the response
A reply that sounds like your business.
Routine replies follow the tone you've approved. A complaint or anything sensitive comes to you with a draft, before it's posted.
04 / You see what happened
A short summary, without another login.
Each month, we send you the requests made, new reviews recorded, replies handled and anything that needs your attention.

GENUINE REVIEWS
FIRST 30 DAYS
A clear result.
Backed by a refund.
Five new reviews.
Or setup + your first month back.
If Foundry Reviews doesn't generate at least 5 genuine Google reviews in your first 30 days, we refund your setup fee and first monthly Reviews fee in full, provided the agreed eligibility conditions are met.
- At least 100 eligible past customers
- Unique, real customers who haven't already reviewed your business, with usable contact details and a proper consent basis. We check list quality, recency and eligibility before payment. These are customers already on your books, not new customers you need to win this month.
- 30 days from the first review requests
- Provide agreed access and customer data within five business days of kick-off. The clock starts when the first requests go out. Let the agreed campaign run for 30 days. Customer opt-outs are always respected.
- Honest reviews, whatever the rating
- The guarantee counts new, genuine reviews published on Google. Customers are asked for their experience, with no payment or pressure for a particular rating.
We confirm eligibility and written terms before payment. At day 30, we check the new published reviews against the campaign. If the conditions are met and fewer than five have landed, we initiate your A$795 refund within 48 hours. Your bank may take longer to show it. A Beacon website is a separate service.
