Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch. Nothing else.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We are not building a profile of you, we do not know what else you browse, and there is no third party watching you here. If that changes, this page changes first.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Two suppliers handle it on our behalf, and neither uses it for their own purposes:

• Resend delivers the contact form as an email to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry sits in our email inbox for as long as it is useful, the same way any business keeps its correspondence. Ask us to delete it and we will, and we will confirm once it is done.

Seeing or deleting what we hold

Email brendan@waypointautomation.com.au and ask. You can request a copy of anything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form and no process. It is one person reading the email.

If you become a client

This policy covers the website only. Our review service involves handling your customers' contact details, which is a much bigger responsibility, so it is covered by a separate written agreement rather than by a page on a website. We will not touch a single customer record until that is signed and you are comfortable with it.
