- Up to 12 pages: typically home, about, contact, privacy, five service pages and three area pages. We agree your page list before starting.
- Website copy based on your business details, with one consolidated copy revision and one layout revision.
- A photo brief. You supply the photos and approve the content.
- A responsive website, enquiry form and local search foundations: relevant schema, sitemap and Search Console setup.
- Google Business Profile setup or claim assistance for an eligible business. Google controls verification.
- Launch checks, handover information and 30 days of post-launch defect fixes.
What management includes
- Website hosting and uptime monitoring.
- Monthly checks that your enquiry form is working.
- Up to 30 minutes of small content edits each month. Update contact details, swap supplied photos or adjust existing text.
- Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns and larger changes are outside the allowance.
Extra work is A$150/hour (AUD · No GST), scoped and quoted for your approval before we start. Ongoing SEO campaigns, business email hosting, booking systems and ecommerce are separate.
50% upfront. 50% on launch approval. The final build payment is tied to your approval, not Google Business Profile verification. Management begins when the site launches.

Search Console, ready to use
We connect your site to Google Search Console and submit its sitemap. You keep access to see how Google is finding your pages. Rankings and indexing are not guaranteed.
A build with a defined scope
Pages, content, forms, a brief for the photos we need, launch and handover are agreed before work begins. Anything beyond that scope is discussed and quoted separately.
Clear ownership and handover
Your domain and business accounts stay yours. We agree management, renewal and handover terms in writing. The package includes mandatory hosting and care at A$149/month for a minimum of 12 months from launch. AUD · No GST.
